Do you also long for a place where you can simply be with everything you feel?

Maybe it’s been a while. Maybe the loss came unexpectedly, or you weren’t able to say goodbye the way you wished. Grief has no fixed timeline. It can quietly travel with us, even as the world moves on. Sometimes there’s a deep longing for recognition, for words that touch, for connection, for gentleness, for space to feel what is present. ‘I miss you’ wants to be such a light — a place where you are welcome with everything you feel.

The writing workshop invites you to put into words what’s on your mind. In the circle conversation, you’re welcome to share what’s on your heart. There’s no pressure to speak — you may simply be present in silence with your grief. You’ll be held in a warm, listening space, guided by Stien Michiels, word artist and experienced facilitator of workshops and healing circles.

With your permission, texts from the writing workshop may be woven into the STI.LL concert on November 9 — a comforting gathering full of words and music about farewell, loss, and hope. All of this in three languages: Dutch, French, and English.

Join one of the four writing workshops with accompanying circle conversations, or come to the annual STI.LL concert at GC Elzenhof.

The entrance for the concert is free for the participants of the workshop + circle
